Rewa Eco Lodge

Local guides from the Rewa Eco Lodge—who know every bend, bank, and pond—will lead you on foot, by boat, and through the jungle in pursuit of the largest freshwater game fish on Earth, the Arapaima. These giants can reach up to 400 pounds and take to the fly like no other. This trip isn’t for everyone—and that’s exactly the point.

Types of Fish:
Arapaima, Arowana, Peacock Bass, Payara (aka Vampire Fish), Redtail Catfish, Pacu, Black Piranha

Hosted Travel

Each morning starts early, with strong coffee, sunrise birdsong, and a plan made over dinner the night before. Target Arapaima in secluded lagoons or chase Peacock Bass, Payara, and Arowana in jungle creeks. Spend a few nights upriver under the stars and hammock-nap your way through the hottest part of the day. It’s remote, raw, and real—and only available to a select few anglers each season.
